Answer:
Cardo wise, running and jumping jacks are good. I’ve found some individual exercises that are good, but they’re hard to explain, here’s the website I’ve found most of my exercises on though: http://www.divine.ca/en/fitness-and-nutrition/exercise-finder/c_266/
Also, I think in a few days I’ll have a page up for exercises for specific areas. I’ll let you all know when it’s up and ready :)
